The test over the phone was not very complicated: a women wakes up at the hospital after having a seizure at home and she talks with the doctor and you have to interpret for her from/to English to/from your working language
The interview with the manager Ruiz: General questions about your background, nothing tricky. Very polite and professional.

The recruiter called me and scheduled the test. After passing the test, another interview with a manager. You can negotiate the rates at that time. Then background check then you’ll be hired
