The job description didn’t match the reality of what they were talking about. The video interview with the HR lady went very well, though it was incredibly informal. Then I was given two assignments to complete, with two other phone calls regarding the assignments with their HR lady. Then, had a final interview with the CEO. Definitely was way informal, I was uncomfortable and genuinely got a very disingenuous vibe. Even if I had gotten an offer, wouldn’t have taken it due to the misinformation regarding the position.
