First, it’s a standard 30-minute conversation with the HR recruiter. Afterward, there’s a 3-hour coding assignment for a relatively simple design, but they intentionally include a few pitfalls, so you do need to know what to watch out for. After that, there’s another short 10-minute summary with HR, and that’s it.(all in the same day)
