Horrible process. Don't waste your time with these people. I had an interview scheduled where the interviewer blew it off because their "flight got delayed." I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. He blew off the second interview, so I withdrew my application. He then called and apologized. Asked me to grab a beer with him to continue the interview process. I reluctantly said yes and he never responded. This is for the Greenville territory manager position. Huge waste of time. This company doesn't respect your time and to be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the gentleman either. It sounded like the team was disorganized and they didn't really have a solid game plan in place for the new hire from what I gathered on our brief apology call.

Unorthodox interview process. First interview was with district sales manager that did not seem to be interested in conducting an interview at that time -- interview would have lasted less than 10 mins if I had not continued probing.
