Questions were very standard, mostly about previous experiences and how I’d feel working in a role like this, what type of learner or worker I am, etc. Whole thing felt like a good conversation opposed to a formal interview

Initially hr screening call, in person with hr, 2 rounds with directors asking about your background and why it applies to the role, skills test and then hiring process complete.
