The process began with a phone call from the HR department. The HR representative was friendly and asked basic introductory questions, such as my background, experience, and why I was interested in the position. They also inquired about my expected salary and availability for the next stages of the interview process. The second phase was an online technical interview. This interview was conducted by a panel of 4-5 people, which included senior developers and team leads. The interview was comprehensive and covered various aspects of Django and backend development.
