I had 1 HR Call with the Head of People/Talent. It lasted 1 hour. She took the time to introduce the company to me and took the time to discover my professional journey. A few days later, the interviewer called me back to share detailed and constructive feedback. Even though I've not been selected for this role, this process has been a great learning experience! I appreciated the kindness and the transparency :)

I interviewed for the TA Manager position. I overall had a good experience during the interview, but when I asked for feedback, this one was not constructive at all. They were looking for someone who could speak French and English, which I do, but this came back as negative in the feedback that the interviewer gave me. Also, I could assess quickly that I was more qualified than her, and I do believe that is also one more reason I got rejected.

Process complet avec pas de rencontre mais très bien géré par la RH de l'époque. Même si je n'avais pas eu le poste, j'ai eu en permanence du feedback. Le personnel était sympa et ouvert à la discussion
