Interview was informal overall, with a brief back and forth about my past work and skills, and an overview of the agency. I only met with their creative director, and got a brief tour of the workspace. We reviewed some of the projects that the agency has worked on, most of the work the brand showed off was several years old, and their design is often done by freelancers that the agency manages. By the end of the interview I could see it would not be a good fit and I did not follow up.
