So I went for face to face interview here. 40 mins they made me wait outside cause they did not send me a QR. Then I went in and no HR was present. Then i was waiting for panel who did not come. Then they had me take virtual inetrview in their office. And tat guy says i dont know basics of rag. He has 1 yr industry experience and I have 4 yrs of experience. He did not ask me 1 question on rag nor did he ask abt my project. He asked me about padding and embedding for which i said i used sbert and he says nah tats wrong. 1 google search and he would have gotten answer bt no u have to go into their minds and tell answers they want. Ai pple we have lot of good companies. Lets on encourage this kind of trash
