IMI DENVER = Incline Management I had applied online to a company called IMI Engineering. I received a call from their HR/Assistant individual and they explained they were with IMI and were interested in setting up an interview. I was not asked many questions before setting up an in-person interview. I set up a time and that was that. I didn't have much time to research due to my current job, but when I finally did I quickly realized that this was not IMI Engineering. They didn't share the address or website. I called IMI (Incline Management) back on the day of my interview and asked about the position and what the day to day was like so I could relate it to my previous roles. She kept reverting to "Oh it is client dependent so I can't effectively tell you what your day could be like". I pushed further and asked who some of their clients were and she said they only have 4 clients, but name dropped BMW and said "Some of the work could be face to face, working with their service department..." blah blah blah. To end the conversation, I asked what resource they got my application from. Now, I had been searching for open positions but I ONLY used LinkedIn, nothing else. She said she got it from my ZipRecruiter application and had told me that previously. I never submitted any application through ZipRecruiter and that was the final straw. I canceled the interview and tried to ask about the scam and making people sell MLM services but she said she had another call and got off the phone. Incline Managment had a website powered through GoDaddy and now they have pivoted to IMIDenver. This is a SCAM, and I hope my post gets many hits on SEO for the future individuals they try to take advantage of. Incline Management AKA IMI Denver is a SCAM.
