Initially I was contacted by a recruiter recommending this position relative to my experience and to learn more about the company . After about two weeks the recruiter reached out again for a second phone screening about a week later I was scheduled for a zoom interview with two managers with a follow up mock call. Two days After the interview I received a call letting me know they would be pursuing other candidates despite how well I interviewed, my qualifications and the impression I made on the managers due to the mock phone call. Overall seems like a great company and I was really looking forward to joining the company, but they will definitely overlook strong candidates if they continue the mock phone call process without preparation.
