The interview coordination was chaotic, as I continuously received calls during work meetings despite requesting email or text communication. Moreover, I was sent a rejection email after not being able to accommodate a last-minute reschedule for a same-day interview. This raises concerns about Included Health's expectations for employees' availability and prioritization of outside commitments: if they are not considerate during the interview process, it is likely that this lack of mindfulness will continue once you join the company.
