      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Included Health (Chicago, IL) nel mese di ago 2025

      Colloquio

      I was contacted by Medix from either Indeed or Glassdoor job posting. I had two phone interviews with a temp agency and a Google face to face interview with the client for 30 mins and a 3-5 min mock call afterwards with only healthplan details. I was told the next day I didn't get the job based on the mock call. I have 30+ yrs experience in customer service and 10 yrs in healthcare. If they only cared about the questions or info I didnt mention or ask, just lead with the mock call. I was told there would be 2 supervisors on the call (there was only one). You based your decision 100% on a 3min fake call where you pointed out I didn't verify the caller (I can no idea what system you use, how was I supposed pretend to check) and didn’t offer more info (I answered the questions I was asked, I'm not psychic but I offered the web portal so the caller can see/read their benefitsfor themselves). You wasted 2 weeks of my time for a 3min call and bogus feedback that only a person the previously worked there would have known. I think the supv and HR already made up their mind before the interview and didn't want a person like me and just added insult to injury by going through the motions. Included Health HR had my demographics and resume and could have canceled at any time if they didn't want a candidate like myself. Ive been in this game called work life a long time and it would not surprise me if they wanted a certain kind of...demographic. Just be upfront and don't waste peoples time.
