The interview was not detailed enough for what the position actually entails. The hiring process was also misleading, because I applied for one position and then after training was told I would be where the role is completely different than what I was hired for. You go through a confusing and unhelpful 2 weeks (if you're "lucky" some people only got 1) of training not specific to your entering department which is not helpful. You also have to pass a test before you begin your departmental training. If you don't pass the test your offer is rescinded.

I applied via Craigslist and got a call about the position. We talked for about ten or so minutes and then she said she wanted me to come in. So I get an interview. I get there about half an hour early as I knew I needed to fill out an application. I am finally collected about ten minutes after my interview appointment. I am supposed to meet with two people, but it takes about 15 minutes for the other to show up and she is very much distracted with her phone. They tell me that they don't seek anyone with experience in that position because they cannot find it, but in their rejection email they tell you they do find someone with that experience. Ironic? It took over two weeks to get a response even when they said I'd know something the next day.
