It took about 2 weeks. Initial phone screen with recruiter and then a call with PM. The interview was a hangout there were a few interruptions.

The interviewer did not dig into A/B testing or data interpretation. He seemed disinterested.

Heard back right away (within 2 days) asking to schedule a screener interview. Recruiter called, and honestly seemed very unenthusiastic from the beginning, like I was wasting her time. My skills and experience lined up very well with the job decription, including several optional nice to have skills, and she completely downplayed them, saying that wasn't really part of the main job, so didn't matter.

Asked me to describe my background and experience, and then follow up questions. No real behavioral or probing questions. Was extremely cursory.
