Multiple round interviews. Process is pretty standard however I completed the 3rd round and then communication stopped. You would think once a person is past the application stage you would get an email decline.

Colloquio
It was highly professional and amazing. They asked so many questions I can't even remember and the test were amazing. I enjoyed every bit of the time. They asked about my work and career experience and also gave advise on how to improve. Such a glorious day I still remember.

Standard interview process at first... some phone calls with generic questions, followed by a paid test and a full-day interview (what??).
I want to prepare interviewers for the following... the all-day interview is NOT as described.
First off (and I did research this), an all-day interview is harrowing, because you are risking your current job just to be there, and be on your best game for 7 hours straight. This was completely unappreciated there. I was scrutinized by the people who originally supported me, rude comments were made, and no one had looked at my work or resume beforehand, which is ironically on their site. (This was basically 6 weeks of getting my hopes up and a whole day risking my hide for people who audibly scoffed at my work.) My thank-you letters were ignored, except by the recruiter.
Not as described: No one bothered to greet or introduce me to start things off. I was told I would present for 15 minutes at the start... Nope! I presented my portfolio to the group for an hour, most of whom were on a camera which I had to commandeer with a computer/keyboard/screen system they assumed I would know how to control (wifi didn't work there). After that, I re-presented my portfolio and re-explained my resume anew to each group separately.
Aside from this, I noticed most employees were extremely young and it felt a bit like a very corporate college campus. The free lunch wasn't the quality I imagined. Also, no one really seemed to be enjoying themselves at work.
