First, they email you and let you know they're super interested. Then they schedule a block of time for you to receive a phone call via Mixmax. Then, you wait. When the time comes that you're supposed to receive the phone call you give them the benefit of the doubt. It's a time frame right? They could call at the tail end. But it isn't coming. Not even an email. They never called me. They never emailed me to let me know anything changed. No communication whatsoever.
