First round phone interview, then hr send me a project work on supervised learning problem, then phone interview(coding, stat, probability). Finally go onsite. If you don't have a phd degree and don't have much experience with recommendation system, I suggest you don't give too much hope. They tend to bring in a lot of candidate to onsite but give offer with very very high standard. The interview process feel like a pork factory, so bad.
