Applied online. Got an email asking to schedule a phone screening. Passed the screening, moved on to schedule a phone interview the next week. Took a few days to receive a response for the phone interview. Failed to move on from the phone interview. Recruiter sent me the hiring manager's feedback in my phone interview so that was kind of interesting.
