Informal call with the recruiter, then a 30 min interview with the manager. Then a proposed second call, after being told I would talk to them the following week, but before that call I was told by the recruiter they were not going to move forward, and basically told no feedback. I have stayed in touch with the people to keep the pathway open, I suspect my application was for numbers so they could hire someone. It never felt like a proper interview or formal.
