I was contacted by HR of Indeed to set interview. When received phone call from HR who was 5 min late. Who asked me why do I want to work there? I have just mentioned few bullet points from job description and that I respect role that Indeed provides to people. I mentioned that I would love to assist doing so. Then I got question how much do I expect to be compensated in response I have asked what is the budget for such role and got that it is confidential. After that I only got to ask a question that this is a basic role and what does it differentiate with IT Support role responsibility wise. (Because I am overqualified for both of them.) I got interrupted in a middle of sentence and in response I got that I am not a good fit for a culture but way stronger technically that they need and bunch of other stuff. It was put in ultimatum tone of voice and I almost got yelled that I may not be happy in such role and will be highly successful somewhere else without me be able to respond. HR person I spoke was most unpleasant and unprofessional person I spoke during interview over course of my career. Why to call overqualified person and than yell at them? All interview lasted less then 10 minutes. I am not a person who writes reviews period but this one stand out so much...
Highly unpleasant experience.
