Recruiter reached out to schedule interview with hiring manager but then went dark until I followed up. Hiring manager was 10 minutes late to interview so I signed off Teams then called him directly. He said he had been running late and seemed annoyed I hadn't just stayed on Teams until he showed up. We went ahead with the interview and he cut me off several times and seemed to just want to get it over with.

There seems to be a pattern with this company. I went through 4 rounds of interviews and a hr interview, all went well and positive feedback. During this whole process which took over a month I was clear that I did not have specific exp in a cms platform that they use. This seem to be not a problem since I have exp with other cms platforms. After the last interview they went dark for about two weeks. After a few emails and some text they finally got back to me and told me they wanted someone who had exp in that cms platform. Thats fair enough reqs are important. But what is not fair is making one go through so many rounds send me benefit information talk about salary reqs tell me that you are looking forward to working with me then decide I dont have the skill you are looking for. Not very professional.
