Good interview process, difficult questions, overall very long process. To improve: timing and communication, their input was not enough and was not easy to know what the next steps would be.

The interview process was well-structured and completed within a reasonable timeline. The panel was professional and gave clarity about job expectations, workload, and company culture. Some questions were detailed, but overall manageable for someone with solid PM experience.
