I applied online, came into office with 9 others candidates. Told about the company and showed a short video, then had one on one interview. Got a phone call about 2 hours after leaving office, confirmed second interview. Only 2 candidates were there, was given information packet, then one on one interview. This is a commission only job, No base salary.

First interview is group. Gives general overview of company. Doesn’t try to hard to sell you on making tons of money. Fairly reasonable and realistic explaining the position. Everything in the end is sales. Doesn’t matter what your job title is.
