It is a mix of people and technical skills set. It was a scenario and situation simultaneous interview. I was asked about my past achievement. There were questions of my best and worst results. I was asked about my supervisory skills such as how I hire and manage and even fire staff. I was also quizzed on my team player role. I was asked if I got along well with my superiors, subordinates and peer. I was also interviewed about how I managed difficult relationships.
