The interview was in three stages, first two were back in 2021 but at that time I wasn't ready to change my job this is why it took almost 6 months until we had the last, third stage of the interview. At all stages felt very comfortable, there was no pressure, it was an evaluation of my previous experience, understanding of how I handled stressful situations and objections, some questions related to personality, such as being honest and if you're a giver/taker.
