I had received a GD/PI call letter for officer post based on my gate rank.
Process started by first a brief presentation on Indian Oil and then candidates were lined up for interviews and GD separately.
I was first invited for Interview , the panel consist of three members, all of them were above GM level post, they started by asking me to introduce myself, then some personal questions were asked about me and then interview directed towards field in which my project was done. All of panel members were kind and composed and the interview goes smoothly.
In GD a very easy topic was provide which was discussed just like we have daily conversations in our life and it also went smoothly.
Moderate level. Questions from current job & previous job roles. Few questions from HR. Hospitality was good, panel was supportive. Lunch was served. Interview process lasted for the whole day.

Personal interview , GD , GT were conducted . It was total of 15 marks .85% weightage was for gate score. In GD 2 topics were given out of which we had to choose 1 by majority . In GT we had to give solution to a problem as a group . It was a healthy discussion.
