Met with interviewer in a coffee shop and the interview was about 2 hours long. Interviewer read questions from a guide. I was given 30 minutes to answer one question from a guide in essay form.

The interview process started with a virtual interview followed by an in-person interview. Both were thorough. In person was very relaxed, but I'm sure it depends on who you are interviewing with.
