The process began with a brief HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the Principal Investigator (PI) and the Lead Coordinator. It concluded with a panel interview where I had to discuss my experience with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines and patient recruitment strategies. The team was very thorough and focused heavily on my ability to handle complex documentation under strict deadlines.
