Interview 1 - Phone Interview. I was told they would ask me eight questions and then at end I would be able to ask one question. Interview 2 - Panel Interview over Zoom. Felt it went well and enjoyed talking with everyone. Received a rejection email over a month after interview 2

It was easy, and primarily, behavioral questions covering why this position. Also, my previous experience as a supporting consultant has been greatly helpful. Try to convey everything that you say in terms of support.
