I applied directly to IU Health and was applying to a variety of positions. 2 months to the date of my submission, I received a message to set up an interview. I went to my interview the next day with my future manager and a team lead. They asked me about myself, which always throws me for a loop, but when it came to talking about my experience and what I knew about the position already, I did well and felt that it was a well rounded interview.

The staff that did the interview was very supportive and friendly. They are looking for team members that share the same values and goals as they have. IU health is a great company to work for.
