The center directors and the staff members I met were really great and optimistic! I received a phone interview first. Then my phone interviewer arranged for an in-person interview in Los Angeles. My advice for future candidates is to research the company's interests and specialities, then go into the interview with confidence!

Colloquio
The initial interview was done by the HR department, they had a group of people who handled this process for just the pharmacy. After this stage it was arrange for me to travel to Indianapolis and they put me up at a hotel at there expense. I was then interviewed by a group of my peers. After this interview process I was interviewed by the both the director and assistant director and we had a lunch/ informal interview process.
There was the meeting of the entire staff and a tour of the hospital.
Overall it was a positive interview process.
