Received a call to schedule initial phone screen. The phone screen was a joke. Recruiter could have simply been a robot. Very put off by this company's interview process. Again, a complete joke.

After spending an hour filling out their online assessment, then taking the time to set up a phone screen, you would think this company would put more emphasis on having a genuine concersation.
