You are asked the general questions that are typical to most retail jobs, enthusiasm is required as Indigo employees are ready to help customers. Interviewing managers are great at getting candidates to come out of their shells.

Pick one of your favourite books and sell it to a customer.
There was a series of group interviews. About 15 candidates were put together and had to work with one another to solve problems and answer questions. We were encouraged to build off of each others ideas and be honest throughout the process. There were fun activities that gave us the opportunity to be creative

Colloquio
It was a group interview for the first round, played a bunch of team games and icebreakers. It was very easy-going and three managers were present. The second round was an individual interview with behavioural questions.

The interview lasted about an hour with six people in the group interview and two managers. Talked about a book that inspired us, picked an item from the floor and described what was great about it and did a group activity. Very relaxed. Talked mostly about availability.
