I was contacted by an HR rep to set up a time to do a phone interview with the hiring manager. The 30 minute call went extremely well. The interviewer stated they'd first confirm if it is okay for me to work remotely and then circle back with me as they indicated they wanted to be transparent and set up a positive recruiting experience from the beginning. However, they never contacted me again with any sort of status. I emailed and called and both went ignored. As a recruiter, I never ghost candidates. That is just a terrible thing to do and was a terrible experience!

While the interview process was longer and more in-depth than other interviews I've experienced, it was very thoughtful, well-planned, and pleasant. After applying through Indigo's website, I received an email saying that my application had been received and that they would follow up with me. Within a few days, they reached out via email to set up a time for a brief phone interview. About a week later, I came in for a short in-person interview. Within a few days, they get back to me, asking me to come in again for a full-day interview. Everyone was very responsive and timely with their communications, and the scheduling was very easy. The full interview day was pretty intensive, but everyone was extremely friendly, and they explained how the in-depth interview process fit into their hiring and growth philosophy. They also got back to me very quickly after the interview to extend an offer.
