Although the interview process seemed lengthy, it was because they are very thorough. First there were video interviews in which I had to video myself answering questions they prepared for me, but I didn't get to read the questions until it was time to answer. This is a really smart way to weed out people who don't know enough about the job material to be able to make it. You get a few minutes to prepare an answer and one chance to retake the video if you need to. By the end, I was submitting take one on every question. It was a little awkward at first but turned out to actually be kinda fun. Then came the interviews at the office, and although they took half a day, I really got the sense that they are super-intelligent, collaborative, and completely transparent, right from the start. Everybody was really friendly and engaging.
