Colloquio
The whole process begun when I left my CV on the online data base of Inditex.I received a call in the next 10-12 days.I had an interview together with 10 other people in the company's office in Thessaloniki. The HR manager who was interviewing us was quite polite and always smiling..He asked as a few questions about our past working experience, our current status both professional and personal. Afterwards he asked us the reason why would like to work at an entrprise like Inditex and wanted to know what we knew about the company. The whole feeling was more as if I had a conversation among other people rather than an interview.
After the team-interview was finished I received a call back the next morning. Informing me to visit the shop at which I m currently working in order to talk about the papers and procedures needed for the hiring process.
