Group interview. We were divided into groups of 4-5 and needed to do some tasks. For example, we were asked to tell what we would do in particular situation, what are the responsibilities of sales assistant, cashier, stock assistant.

What motivates you most & make you be more productive?
We made a small phone interview and then we made a group call where we answered questions and were asked to solve a case. They also asked about our motivations and to talk about ourselves.
