A kerfuffle of uninterested managers and staff who didn’t seem best pleased to be there and flew through so many people that this was obvious. Unfortunately this was consistent with the managers attitude throughout the work and daily life there

What motivates you most & make you be more productive?
We made a small phone interview and then we made a group call where we answered questions and were asked to solve a case. They also asked about our motivations and to talk about ourselves.

You have to go through a two part virtual interview at first. Usually with a few more candidates. If you “pass” the first two there is one final in-person interview.
