Sehr professioneller Ablauf, schnelle Reaktionszeit auf E-Mails, geradelinig und sympathisch. Das Vorstellungsgespräch ist zunächst in einer Gruppen, danach kurz persönlich. Man merkt sofort, ob man gut zur Marke "Inditex" passt oder nicht.
