I only did one interview, but I was working in practices, so maybe my case is not going to be the same than many others. I was there only 3 months, and it was a really good time as I remember.
During the interview, I described the experience simply as: “It was in group, very dynamic and fun.” The session encouraged teamwork, interaction, and participation, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
