Very simple and straight forward interview process. In about 1 week of time got an offer by phone and in 1 more week got a date for first working day.

What motivates you most & make you be more productive?
We made a small phone interview and then we made a group call where we answered questions and were asked to solve a case. They also asked about our motivations and to talk about ourselves.
