The recruiter went over my CV in too much detail, ignoring the ample and relevant work experience I have in the field to focus on unimportant and irrelevant things instead. Then, she sent me a copywriting test that I promptly finished and sent her way, but I never received any response. A week went by, and I decided to send a follow-up email asking for the next steps going forward and for feedback regarding my test, but I never heard back. I have never been ghosted this way, and quite frankly, I have never had a worse recruiter interviewing me for a position.
