Primero, entrevista teórica de Java (programación orientada a objetos y bases) y Base de Datos (opcional responder a perguntas de Springboot), después entrevista técnica con reclutadora (incluyen implícitamente manejo de soft skills) y firma contrato (exámenes psicométricos e inglés).

I applied through their Jobstreet listing.
HR reached out to me via phone call for screening, and asked about prior works with Java and Frameworks. Also asked about internship and collaboration experience. After a few days, HR reached out to me via phone call to schedule my Technical Interview with the team.
Technical Interview is a direct process that is split into 3 category of questions. Behavioral, Core Java, and Live Coding.
Recruiter reached out via phone call, asking whether I had certain documentation before scheduling a technical interview. Lots of delays between the initial recruiter call and the interview itself, about a 2 week gap.
After the technical interview, it was 3 days until verbal confirmation, and around another 2 weeks before offer discussion.
