Process was very bad like ask those question which they also never implemented.
Asking question like you are not selecting candidate like showing how much he know.
If at same stage i take his interview i can bet what i ask interviewer able to answer 20% hardly of my asked question.
So suggest ask standard question which developer generally use not show your capability to decourage or not ask those questions which rarely used.
Experience candidate got solution easily for specific scenario.
I understand your situation.
However, we handle several challenging projects and we have to understand the overall depth of knowledge and practical exposure. It is not a reflection of your knowledge, but our need.
Sorry to know that you feel that it was "showing" how much the interviewer knew.
Nevertheless, we will review some of our iOS reviews to understand the same.
