If I had to honestly and sincerely describe the interview process, I would describe the interview process here on Glassdoor before you all, to be quite easy, straight forward hospitality related questions

After a brief phone interview, I was brought in for an in-person interview on-site. I was interviewed by 3 managers. I was asked several of the same questions as the phone interview. Then given a tour of the facility, then quickly shown the door. I was asked when I could start, but was not actually offered the job.
