Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte als 1 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Januar 2019 bei Infineon Technologies.

Es war ein Prozess mit 2 Phasen:
1. Direkter Vorgesetzter - fachliche Fragen zu Projekten, an denen ich gearbeitet habe. Es gab keine direkten Fragen zu irgendwelchen spezifischen Problemen, die zu lösen waren.
2. Personalabteilung - persönliche und Motivationsfragen. Sie waren an meinen Beweggründen, in der Firma zu arbeiten, interessiert.

The interview started with a friendly introduction by the hiring manager and process engineers. They explained Infineon’s role in the semiconductor industry, especially in power devices and automotive applications, which helped set a professional and comfortable tone.

No technical questions were asked. All behavioural questions and easily could answer all these questions without much thoughts. And the HR was very polite and easy to be communicated with

I first submitted my application online and was contacted within a week for an initial phone screening. After that, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager, followed by a final round that included a panel interview and some situational questions. The overall process took about 2–3 weeks. Interviewers were friendly and gave clear expectations. Communication from HR was timely and helpful throughout.
