Einladung zum Bewerbertag kam innerhalb weniger Wochen nach Absenden der Bewerbung. Einen Bewerbertag kann man sich so vorstellen, dass zwischen 10 und 15 Bewerber eingeladen sind. Anschließend hat jeder Bewerber zwischen zwei und vier Einzelgespräche mit evtl. zukünftigen Vorgesetzten. Die Atmosphäre war durchweg gut und angenehm. Die Gespräche liefen derart ab, dass die jeweilige Stelle kurz vorgestellt wurde, anschließend stellte sich der Bewerber selber vor - Lebenslauf/Studium/Vertiefungen - und abschließend wurden einige technische Fragen gestellt. Rückmeldung erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage.

The interview started with a friendly introduction by the hiring manager and process engineers. They explained Infineon’s role in the semiconductor industry, especially in power devices and automotive applications, which helped set a professional and comfortable tone.

I first submitted my application online and was contacted within a week for an initial phone screening. After that, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager, followed by a final round that included a panel interview and some situational questions. The overall process took about 2–3 weeks. Interviewers were friendly and gave clear expectations. Communication from HR was timely and helpful throughout.
