It took a few months to get a CV selected to reach persons who are actually able to conduct interviews and make decisions. The interviews were rather unstructured, non of the interview was the same. There was no real project / work to do behind job openings, and no skill testing at the interviews. Hiring decision was subjective, two out of three positions were not filled and for the third job opening for a senior engineer they hired a senior operator. I asked Infineon for feeback on why they decided to not hire me, but they were no able to provide any answer, so I guess the reasons weren't objective, which can happen..

The interview was really professional, question asked were mainly regarding past experience and understanding about the role, challenges faces and solution. The interview were more on the technical side with little bit of leadership
