Submitted my CV at a job fair and was asked for a preliminary interview with the senior manager on site. Asked the usual questions in regards to strengths/weaknesses/expectations in 5 years and etc. Was told that I would be contacted within a week to confirm for a formal interview but alas it has not happen.
